I've never manipulated black and white photographs before and, let me say, it was a challenge. Some of her hair had to be repainted to add detail as well as her face. I'm not entirely happy with her skin. It's still lacking something natural about it, but I'm overall very pleased with how this turned out. Especially since I haven't submitted anything in months. O.o You know how crappy it feels to when you start up Photoshop a billion times, only to be terribly unhappy with what you just made? Yeah, it was like that.
